From Theory is a collaborative nonprofit organization that strives to uplift individuals' passions through community based engagement. Having a community that believes that passion nourishes growth allows individuals to create curious conversations with the pursuit of leveraging their passions. With the support of funding and partnerships, From Theory hopes to offer both online and in person programs that will allow individuals' passions to come into fruition.
FTDT was founded in hopes to provide a safe space for individuals to not only cultivate their talents, but to build lifelong skills that will help them in all parts of their life. Through workshops, performances, and practices, FTDT serves the community by representing several individuals and presenting messages that inspire those around them.
Personal Mission Statement:
I am an educator, creative, and mental health advocate dedicated to cultivating an inclusive space that fosters passion and intention to those that I serve. Fueled by my connection with vulnerability, I intend to provide tailored mentorship that develops confidence, humility, and self-respect in one’s journey of fulfilling their own purpose.
Personal Mission Statement:
Hello! My name is Danielle Eris Andal! I am a second year student at UCLA, studying for my bachelor’s in Marine Biology with a minor in Literature and the Environment. While attending school, I direct FTDT where I strive to cultivate a welcoming environment to those I lead and provide a safe space for people of all backgrounds!
We are still in the early process of our organization. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
